Maxicrop Plus Complete Garden Feed is used widely on many plants including fruit, vegetables, flowers, bedding plants, herbs, salad crops etc. It combines the benefits of Maxicrop seaweed extract with a balanced NPK fertiliser for general purpose feeding on a wide range of plants.

Maxicrop has commissioned much research into the mode of action and effects of our seaweed extracts and several factors have been noted:

Rooting and root development is greatly enhanced, helping the plant to take up moisture and nutrients more efficiently. A stronger root system also aids establishment of young plants.

Maxicrop seaweed extracts help chlorophyll levels, leading to more efficient leaves and plants.

Maxicrop helps increase the plants natural health mechanisms and boosts the plant’s ability to withstand stress.

All these factors help produce stronger, healthier plants.

Application rates

As a general rule, apply “little & often” every 3-4 weeks. For general use on a wide range of different plants.

Young plants: 15 ml per 9 litres of water (typical watering can size) applied as a root drench every 7-10 days.

Mature plants: 30 ml per 9 litres of water applied as a root drench or foliar spray, thoroughly wetting the leaves, every 7-10 days

Knapsack sprayers: 15-20 ml per 10 litres, thoroughly wetting the leaves.
