Salsify (Tragopogon Porrifolius) Plant

Salsify has vibrant, spiky purple petals framed by long, ray-like sepals and accented by its dark centre with buttery yellow stamens. An early-morning bloomer, but a firework of a flower that makes a fetching ornament in a sunny spot- but can also grown for its delicious tap root!
