SFI AHL3 - Grassy Field Corners
Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) AHL3, Grassy Field Corners and Blocks, requires an intact grass sward throughout the year, without tracks, compacted areas or poaching, so tussocky grass can develop. AHL3 is a static action, and must therefore be carried out on the same area of land each year of the agreement. Grassy field corners or blocks can be established by sowing seed mixes, or by allowing them to naturally generate.
