SFI AHL4 / IGL3 - Buffer Strips
Sustainable Farming Incentives (SFI) AHL4 and IGL3, Grass Buffer Strips, require intact grass swards throughout the year. AHL4 and IGL3 are static actions, and must therefore be carried out on the same area of land each year of the agreement. Buffer strips can be established by more quickly by sowing seed mixes, rather than from natural regeneration.
