BugBlocks are produced using sustainable, biodegradable materials made from a combination of cornstarch-based PLA and recycled wood fibres. This eco-conscious material blend lowers environmental impact while offering strength, weather resistance, and a natural wood-style appearance that fits beautifully into outdoor spaces.

The hole sizes of this habitat are designed to attract non-swarming, solitary bees like the Red Mason Bee and the Leafcutter Bee. These friendly bees are industrious and safe around children and pets. The Solitary Bee Hive features an opening lid and a perspex tray to see bee activity inside the hive without disturbance. The stacking trays also open to allow for inspection and cleaning.
