Darwin tulips are a hybrid crossed between single-late and early emperor tulips. Usually flowering from mid-April to mid-May they have strong stems and goblet-shaped flowers making them ideal for use as cut flowers. Triumph tulips, also a single cup variety, are one of the largest groups of tulips, meaning they come in every colour imaginable from vivid shades such as Ile De France tulip bulbs, to more unusual colours such as Cairo tulip bulbs.
